wound to 3.100 inch OD. 85 degree(circ) layers to finished size. Threads should not

contact the +/-30 degree layers. Use (4) strands of e-glass fiber and (1) strands of

carbon fiber as the bandwidth for the entire wind schedule. Wind using high strength

toughened epoxy-tinted black.
